By using Dartmouth Undying, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. The term “Dartmouth Undying” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to  a New Hampshire non-profit corporation named Dartmouth Undying which is the owner and content manager thereof. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site. 

Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site in this location and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except without explicit written permission, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties and is indicated as such.

Personal Information

This site collects personal information in two ways.  Standard tracking data connected to your IP or Internet Protocol Address, a unique number related to your Internet connection, is stored as a basic function of the site's Host, and as a part of our effort to understand user experience.  The site also collects information overtly in certain requests including but not limited to our "Support List" and contact pages.  In these interactions as well as any other, we collect for the purposes stated upon collection only the personal data that is submitted by you, the user.  This includes but is not limited to email addresses, names, and other contact information.  In any event where comments are used or solicited, such text is attributed as per the user's instructions, and will be removed upon request.  Unless otherwise stated, such data is available only to members and specifically tasked sub-contractors of Dartmouth Undying.  We do not share this information with any commercial enterprise.

This site is not affiliated with Dartmouth College or any organization that is affiliated with it.  The views and opinions expressed on this site are not those of Dartmouth College or any affiliated organization except in the case where such views are directly attributed.
